Roosevelt ADU
Location: Liberty Wells / Sugar House
About: This was a custom built and designed ADU in Sugar House. This 640 sf ADU sits adjacent to the clients home on the rear of their lot.
This ADU has a special loft area for storage and or an office space for those working from home.
Our clients we looking for a rental property that they could use for a few years and if their aging parents needed to move in, they would have a space for them. The project had a few unique challenges such as the main sewer line was on the opposited side of the house from the ADU. This required us to trench from the ADU to the opposite side of the house to tap into the line.
After permitting this ADU took just over 4 months to complete.
